It depends on the repair and the parts. We’ll give you a time estimate along with your quote.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. Bring the charger with your laptop if you can.
Will I lose my files?
Most repairs don’t touch your files, but back up anything important first when you can, and tell us about it when you drop it off.
Is my repair covered by a warranty?
Yes. Repairs come with our 6 month or lifetime replacement warranty. Physical damage after the repair isn’t covered, and liquid damage repairs carry no warranty.
Is my computer worth fixing?
Bring it in for a diagnostic. If a repair doesn’t make sense for an older machine, we’ll tell you straight.
