How long does a console repair take?
It depends on the repair. HDMI port and board-level work takes longer than a controller fix. We’ll give you a time estimate along with your quote.
Do you fix controllers?
Yes. Stick drift and other controller problems, including Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. Bring just the console. Cables and power cords can stay home unless they’re part of the problem.
Is my repair covered by a warranty?
Yes. Repairs come with our 6 month or lifetime replacement warranty. Physical damage after the repair isn’t covered, and liquid damage repairs carry no warranty.
