Warranty

We want to be upfront about what we cover and what it is not covered. In the case that any of our parts become faulty we want to make it as easy to get your device back up and ready. So as long is not damaged or broken we’ll replace it!

Device Sales

All Sales are final. 14 day warranty. Warranty does not cover any issues caused by due to manufacture software updates or problems. Batteries are not covered for used devices. In the event an exchange is made, devices will have to be checked out by our technician before exchange is done. If device is not in its original sale condition it cannot be exchanged.

Repair Warranty

Repairs have a 6 month or lifetime replacement warranty. This warranty does not cover any physical damage ie; broken screen, broken front glass. All parts must be in the same condition at the time of initial repair. Any damage will void the warranty. Liquid Damage do not carry any warranty written or implied. We are not responsible if any liquid damaged device becomes inoperable during or after repairs. Customer provided parts or phone provided to harvest parts do not carry any warranty. We do not test customer provided parts or device after is repaired. We are not responsible for any damaged caused by parts provided by customer. In the event customer provides parts or devices to harvest parts from are faulty or bad we are not responsible to put any parts back. Warranty is non-transferable. Any repairs done by another party or person will void your warranty. 4/2020

Accessory Warranty

Accessories have a 14 day return and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Accessories that have damage cannot be returned. Any headsets (Bluetooth) that have been opened and used are non-refundable. Special orders are non refundable. Tempered glass do not carry any warranty.
